Our valuations are detailed and comprehensive. They contain a precise list of the inventoried assets with details of current values and information on third-party rights. The valuations thus provide our clients with a solid and reliable assessment of the company's current asset situation.

We draw attention to third-party rights to assets as part of the valuation. On request and in close consultation with our clients, we also conduct negotiations with the security owners such as banks and leasing companies. We provide our clients with the valuations in digital form or, on request, in a bound version.

Online auctions have now established themselves as the most important sales channel. Online auctions make it possible to offer movables to an international group of interested parties and to market them efficiently. Technically, we are able to offer our auction items simultaneously on the other platforms of the TBAuctions Group and thus reach around 700,000 potential registered bidders. This also makes project-specific marketing via the usual digital channels disproportionately more efficient within the Group.

You can conveniently obtain comprehensive information about the assets up for auction in our online auction catalogues and place bids from anywhere. We work with state-of-the-art software specially designed for auctions and optimised for the mobile use of end devices.

The items to be auctioned are catalogued using our digital recording application and a tablet. The data and photos of the items can thus be recorded very quickly, accurately and in a way that optimises sales. We are also able to synchronise the data with our cloud systems and go online with the auction even faster. Subsequent delivery also takes place digitally and via our tablet application. Our employees are thus able to call up and hand over the auctioned items via a QR code on the buyer's invoice. The buyer's digital signature is also recorded, providing the seller with the certainty that the buyer has received the goods.
