The HT Hanseatische Industrie-Consult was founded in Hamburg over 25 years ago. It is one of the leading companies for the valuation and realisation of movable tangible assets and industrial goods in Germany.

  • the preparation of well-founded valuations. This includes the entire mobile fixed and current assets of companies in a wide range of sectors and sizes.

  • specialises in the professional realisation of all mobile business assets. The range extends from machinery, vehicle fleets and office equipment to complex industrial plants. Realisation takes place through online auctions via the company's own platform with international reach and, if required, in combination with other platforms of the TBAuctions Group (TBAuctions | Europe's Leading B2B Digital Auction Platform - TBAuctions).

The right partner

In addition to its headquarters in Hamburg, HT Hanseatische Industrie-Consult has offices in Cologne, Kassel, Crailsheim and Chemnitz and undertakes valuation and realisation assignments for its clients throughout Germany. Our clients include well-known insolvency administrators, entrepreneurs, banks and leasing companies.

With our experienced and committed team, we have the necessary capacity to carry out assignments of all sizes and in a wide range of sectors professionally, successfully and promptly. This ranges from small craft businesses to medium-sized companies and industrial groups.

Management

The company is managed by Christoph Partzsch, Tom Thomsen and Holger Haun. All three have more than 80 years of professional experience in the valuation and realisation of movable tangible assets and industrial assets. Holger Haun and Tom Thomsen have been publicly appointed and sworn auctioneers for machinery and industrial equipment at the Lübeck Chamber of Industry and Commerce for many years.

Christoph Partzsch

  • Trained as a shipping agent

  • Studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Lüneburg, graduating with a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann)

  • Held various professional positions, including head of insolvency auctions at an

  • industrial auction house in Hamburg and, in recent years, a management role at the internationally active Surplex Group. Most recently responsible for the successful development of the "VALUPLEX" business unit as a new brand of Surplex GmbH

  • In 2023, joined HT Hanseatische Industrie-Consult GmbH & Co. KG as Managing Director

Holger Haun

Managing Director

  • Born in 1960

  • Banking apprenticeship at M.M. Warburg-Brinkmann, Wirtz & Co., Hamburg
    Studied Business Administration at the University of Hamburg, graduating with a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann)

  • Held various positions over several years as an appraiser and managing director at two industrial asset management companies in Hamburg

  • In 1994, co-founded HT Hanseatische Industrie-Consult KG with Tom Thomsen, becoming a personally liable partner

Tom Thomsen

Managing Director

  • Born in 1963

  • Two years of service in the German Navy (Bundeswehr)

  • Studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, graduating with a degree in Engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur)

  • Held various positions over several years, including sales of technical equipment for a trading company, project management for dairy processing plants at an international corporation, and managing director of an industrial asset management company in the Hamburg metropolitan area

  • In 1994, co-founded HT Hanseatische Industrie-Consult KG with Holger Haun, becoming a personally liable partner
